What is data storage?

Your data storage includes project documents, files, images, and email activity.


How does support work?
Email Support Email support is included in all plans for you and all your project team members. Anyone can submit a support ticket in which we'll respond within 24 hours (usually sooner).
Phone Support Phone support is included in our Pro plan. Schedule a call with our support team during business hours (8am - 5pm MST).
How am I billed?

Pro and Enterprise plans will be billed every month (or year) via your credit card on file and renew automatically until cancel. Choosing an annual plan results in a 10% discount off the monthly rate and annual renewal until cancelation. See below for how to cancel easily and quickly online.


Is CM Fusion secure?

All projects are SSL encrypted and backed up multiple times per day. Your data is stored on Amazon's cloud servers and CM Fusion's private servers for added security.


What happens if I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time under Account Settings. Cancellations are processed automatically and in real-time and will result in immediate cessation of any further billing as well as closure of the account. Additionally, you may call us or email us to cancel for you, in which case we ask for 24 hours advance notice prior to your next charge in order to assure timely handling. We will ZIP up all your files and project activity. This ZIP will be available for download or USB drive (by mail) for paid accounts.

Free Trial Details

  2. 2 You'll be asked to enter your billing info after your free trial ends.
  3. 3 You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within your account.
