I didn't receive Confirmation Instructions

After signing up for CM Fusion you should receive confirmation instructions via email to confirm your account. If you don't receive this email please try the following

Update Profile Information

If you want to update your profile information for CMFusion, click the Profile Information tab in the drop down list under your name in the top right corner.

Create Project Templates

When you create your first project in CMFusion, we create a basic template using the document categories you enter during the project setup.  We also provide a default template that CM Fusion created geared towards commercial projects that you can use.

Adding/Editing Contacts

Contacts are primarily being used in Bid Requests at this time. However, they will be used in other areas of CM Fusion in the future.

Set Date Format Preference

To start, click on the Account Settings tab under your name in the top right corner.

Create/Manage Project Member Roles

To start, select the Projects tab on the top menu. This pulls up a list of your current projects.  Select the project you want to edit.

Adding and removing project administrators can only be performed by the project owner.

Creating a Document

Link Project Images to a Document

Inside your project, go to the Documents tab on the left margin. Navigate to your document by selecting which category it is stored in.

Document categories allow you to organize your documents in project "folders." You can create and manage as many document categories as needed.

Reassigning and Completing Tasks

Inside your project, navigate to the Project Tasks tab on the left.  Click View Task to open the task. To re-assign a task, click Re-assign Task. To mark a task as completed, click Change Status inside the task.

Manage Bid Request
